KUNG FU WING CHUN
Wing Chun translates to "Beautiful Spring" and is a Chinese martial art and self-defence system. The idea behind it is, not to use your strength and brute force against your opponent's force. It’s about using energy, structure and angles to outsmart any opponent. This martial art is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. It has many physical and mental benefits based on ancient Chinese knowledge of Mastering the Body, Mind and Energy.
KUNG FU TAI CHI
Taijiquan or Tai Chi Chuan is an ancient Chinese Internal Martial Art. Tai Chi is well-known for its health purposes and less for developing combat and self-defence skills. However, in the olden days Tai Chi used to be one of the most powerful and effective martial arts in China.
The gentle nature of Tai Chi practice makes it accessible to a wide range of practitioners and has been proven to increase one's health & well-being of the body and the mind.
